Useful Information
Do you offer gluten free items?
Most of our items can be made gluten free. We cannot guarantee anything is 100% free from gluten, but I have a lot of experience cooking for coeliacs and deep clean all the equipment before preparing a gluten free product
Do you make any vegan items?
Some of our tray bakes can be made vegan, such as the tiffin, rocky road and flapjacks. I haven't yet experimented with vegan cakes or egg substitutes, so I'm not able to offer these yet. I hope to find some time to play around with recipes soon
How do I keep my purchases fresh?
All our products are best kept somewhere cool in an airtight container for up to a week. If it's particularly hot you may want to keep your purchase in the fridge - just make sure to let it warm up to room temperature for an hour or two before you want to serve it so it tastes as good as possible.
Our brownies can be frozen for up to three months - and can make a perfect quick treat if you pop them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to warm up!
Do you deliver?
I offer delivery within Exeter for £5, and some of our items can be posted as well, such as our brownies, blondies and traybakes
Do you make fondant figures?
Although I have made fondant figures and toppers before, it's not something I feel is a strength and so at the moment I am not accepting orders which need fondant toppers. I hope to work on and practise this so I can offer them in the future so watch this space!
I have an allergy - can you cater for me?
Please let me know when you order if you (or anyone you’re sharing your treats with!) has any allergies or intolerances. We cannot guarantee any products are free from nuts, eggs, gluten, dairy or soy as these are all ingredients we use in the kitchen but we do have thorough cleaning processes and have experience catering for individuals with dietary requirements

We are registered with Exeter city council and are pleased to have received a level 5 hygiene rating on our most recent inspection. We are also fully insured
